CeNTI is taking part in several leading events across Europe focused on batteries, energy, water, composites, fibres and defence.

From 22 to 25 September, CeNTI will be at EURO DEFENCE EXPO 2026 in Germany, as part of the PRODUTECH – Technologies from Portugal space, alongside other Portuguese organisations. Dedicated to security technologies for both civil and military applications, the event brings together companies, research organisations, armed forces and other stakeholders from the sector. CeNTI will showcase a range of technologies, expertise and solutions based on advanced materials and smart systems, with applications in defence and security.

On 23 and 24 September, at Exponor, CeNTI will take part in ENERH2O 2026, an event dedicated to innovation, sustainability and technologies in the fields of energy, water and sustainable climate control. CeNTI will be part of the W2DS Project stand, showcasing innovative solutions and technologies for wastewater management.

On the same dates, CeNTI will also take part in AMI Compounding & Recycling Expo Europe in Frankfurt, Germany, with a dedicated space focused mainly on the Sustainable Plastics Project. Focused on plastics and recycling, the event brings together professionals from across the value chain and provides an opportunity to explore new technologies, materials and solutions for a more sustainable industry.

Earlier in the month, CeNTI took part in Battery & Energy Storage Tech Europe, held in Spain on 8 and 9 September, where it showcased technologies and solutions from the NGS Project related to advanced materials, battery cells and systems, sensors, recycling and second-life applications.

More recently, from 16 to 18 September, CeNTI took part in the 65th edition of the Dornbirn Global Fiber Congress in Austria, dedicated to innovation in the fibre industry and its value chain. The Centre presented developments from the PBA and be@t Projects, respectively, in the areas of sustainable and functional fibres and next-generation regenerated cellulosic fibres.
