Jointly organised by CeNTI, INL – International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory, SPM – Portuguese Materials Society and the dst group, Braga (Portugal) will host the Battery Science & Innovation Forum on 20 and 21 May. The event will take place at INL’s facilities and will bring together researchers, industry experts, and public stakeholders to discuss the latest advances in batteries. 

The forum aims to foster debate on current energy storage solutions, their industrialisation, and their role in the energy transition, as well as on strategic opportunities for Portugal and Europe.

The scientific and technological community has been invited to submit abstracts in the areas of batteries, energy storage, materials, systems, and sustainability. Selected works will be presented and discussed during the forum through oral presentations, poster sessions and demonstrations.

Participation in the event is subjected to prior registration.
