The HfPT agenda aims to position Portugal as a world reference hub in the design, development, and production of advanced solutions, based on innovation and technology, for health markets. The consortium of this Agenda is composed by 88 co-promoters, who complement each other technically and technologically, concentrating the necessary capacity to achieve the ambitious goals that aim the launching of 99 new products.

Main Goals/Activities

The main objective of the HfPT agenda is to strengthen the business capacity of SMEs in the Northern Region for the development of products and services.

HfPT will focus on 4 main areas:

  • development of Smart Health solutions aimed at Digital MedTech segment;

  • creation of a national intelligent repository of health data of international reference;

  • qualification of Portugal for growth and sophistication of clinical trial segment;

  • creation of solutions that value the potential of the clinical data collection ecosystem and benchmarking, and the costs associated with healthcare provision.

In this Agenda, CeNTI will have a strong participation in the development of innovative technological solutions for prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of diseases with worldwide expression, as well as in the development of technologies for measuring medicines degradation, management and distribution of drugs and monitoring of take medication.
