CeNTI promoted some of its disruptive Projects at leading scientific events in Greece and Portugal. As part of Nanotexnology 2024 in Thessaloniki, the Centre took part in two initiatives:

• At NN24 - International Conference on Nanosciences and Nanotechnologies, the NanoTheC-Aba, which aims to develop a new system for purifying water, was presented;
• At ISFOE - International Symposium on Flexible Organic Electronics, two Agendas were disseminated: the NGS, a Project focused on creating a complete and circular technological ecosystem in the field of batteries, and the Giatex, focused on developing different solutions for reducing water consumption and intelligent water management in the textile industry. 

Every year, Nanotexnology organises several international conferences and exhibitions dedicated to Nanotechnology, Organic and Printed Electronics, Nanomedicine and Additive Nano-Manufacturing, bringing together the leading players in these areas, such as professionals, researchers and specialists.

CeNTI couldn't miss one of Portugal’s most significant scientific events: the Science Meeting 2024 in Porto. The showcasing of some of the Projects at the Science and Technology Show allowed the dissemination of the research that the Centre has been carrying out in different areas, with a focus on health and well-being:

- ActiVas: aimed to address the challenges of an ageing population, by developing innovative solutions for integration into built environments, providing seniors with greater  autonomy and security, so that they can enjoy a better quality of life;
- AUGMANITY: aimed to anticipate the future of Industry by developing new intuitive, immersive and supportive solutions in production environments, with a focus on people and their health and well-being;
- Dosea: using emerging technologies, it developed smart labels to support drug therapy, through medication monitoring, guaranteeing greater effectiveness and patient safety in both clinical and home environments.
- SmartHealth4All: dedicated to the research, production and dissemination of intelligent technological solutions for the prevention, diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of diseases and other medical conditions, especially chronic or age-related ones;
- Health from Portugal (HfPT): this Agenda aims to position Portugal as a reference hub in advanced technological solutions for the healthcare sector, with CeNTI participation in the innovations for addressing globally significant diseases and for managing, distributing, and measuring drug conditions, as well as monitoring of their uptake.

The Science Meeting 2024 gathered more than two thousand scientists, researchers and the general public under the motto "+Science for One Health and global well-being".
