SmartEEs Association aims to digitise the Industry through Flexible Electronics
One of the main novelties of the 2022 edition of LOPEC was the launch of SmartEEs Association. The international organisation derives from a European Project with the same name and in which CeNTI acts as a partner.
Called "The European Flexible & Wearables Electronics Association", this entity aims to promote the digitisation and competitiveness of the Industry through the integration of Flexible Electronics (Flexible and Wearable Electronics - FWE) in products, solutions, processes and working methods.
In addition to facilitating the entities' access to innovative services and new business opportunities, the Association intends to promote the interconnection between the various players in the area. This ecosystem includes research centres, technological entities and companies looking to invest in the Print Electronics sector.
As mentioned, the SmartEEs Association originates from the successful SmartEEs2 Project, funded by the European Union's Horizon 2020 fund, becoming its 15th official partner as a Single-Entry Point (SEP).
Visit the Association's website and keep up to date with the main news and information related to events and activities by subscribing to the official newsletter.
