CeNTI's team participates in a Workshop on Patent Research
CeNTI researchers attended a Workshop held in partnership with Patentree, a consultancy company specialising in intellectual property, on the theme "Intellectual Property - Fundamentals of Patent Research". The event took place on January 24th, in CITEVE - Centro Tecnológico Têxtil e Vestuário auditorium, in Vila Nova de Famalicão (Portugal).
Promoted within the scope of the Green4Industry Project, the work session aimed to share knowledge and support the diagnosis and establishment of best practices related to patent research.
Meanwhile, the two entities are organising a second event alluding to the same theme, which will be announced shortly.
Intellectual Property is extremely important in Research and Development and Innovation (R&D+I) activities. Protection of rights regarding conceived disruptive technologies, which may result in products, processes or services, is a key element for scientific evolution and economic value creation.
